    The unusually warm and dry winter has created higher use at the Pacific Steel & Recycling Trailside Dog Park this year. While the mild winter has been good for humans and their canine companions, it has caused considerable turf damage at the park. The park will be closed weekdays, starting Monday, March 12 in order to repair the turf damage.

    Eagle Falls Golf Club and driving range are opening early due to unseasonably warm weather! The course will be opening this Saturday, March 10 at 10 a.m. The pro shop will open at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday to schedule tee times.  Call Eagle Falls for tee times at 761-1078. The course will be open daily, weather permitting. Use of carts will be determined daily.

The City of Great Falls hires approximately 70 lifeguards every summer with some positions being available year round. The City is offering two lifeguard training sessions in March and April.
